Order and delivery coordination

Keep confirmed orders moving with clear arrangements

After the parts are selected, quantities, documents and shipment plans still need attention. We follow the agreed order through partial deliveries, combined shipments and changes, keeping customers informed about what is ready, what remains open and which decisions affect the next delivery.

We follow confirmed orders through partial deliveries, combined shipments and changes in quantity or timing. Each shipment is linked to the ordered parts, remaining quantities and the documents agreed with the customer.

Different orders need different follow-up

Order formats

A single part

Keep the exact code, quantity and promised shipment details together. Any special document or testing requirement is settled before it holds up the prepared material.

A multi-brand order

Different lines may become ready on different dates. We distinguish the items needed together from those that can be received separately, then confirm the shipping plan with the customer.

Repeat purchasing

Use the earlier order as a reference while checking the current quantity, required date and any revised specification. Changes are recorded so the new purchase does not rely on outdated conditions.

Make the quantities and shipment stages clear

Partial deliveries

Agree the first delivery quantity and the plan for subsequent shipments. Each delivery identifies the parts and quantities supplied, with the remaining quantity stated against the order.

Separate or combined shipments

Compare receiving ready material sooner with waiting for other items. Location, packaging, document requirements and transport costs help determine whether a combined shipment is worthwhile.

Shipment documents

Packing and shipment information identify the ordered parts and quantities in that delivery. Required material records are included as agreed, with any separate document arrangement explained in advance.

Review the impact before changing an order

A revised quantity, delivery date or receiving address may affect purchased material, prepared shipments or charges already incurred. We review the current position and explain the impact before confirming the change.

Cancellation terms, additional costs and the revised delivery plan depend on the transaction. The final arrangement is recorded with the customer so the remaining work follows the updated agreement.
